Antique Oak Ice Box, brass hinges, Rare 1910-1915, CV Hill & Co, Trenton, NJ. Local Pick up only.   Mays Landing, NJ 08330.  No shipping.  Way to heavy.
Likely the original icebox to turn of the century home in Mays Landing, NJ 08330.  Ice box is located in concrete/stone basement with lower doorway leading straight outside to driveway, sitting on wheeled hand truck ready to pull up 8 concrete exterior exit stairs. 3 strong people should be able to move it up stairs onto truck/trailer.  Doors have been pulled off to make move easier.  Ice box is made of solid Oak wood, porcelain interior walls. Good interior shape. Exterior protected by 50 year old paint. Some rot and trim damage to bottom right side not visible from front. Overall Front and hinges all fully functioning. Needs paint removed to reveal century old oak. Box measures 56 inches tall by 48 inches wide by 25 inches deep. The doors were taken off so that box can be moved.  Box weighs around 300 lbs +/- and doors add another 75lbs +/-.
