Beautiful English Leather Belt - Childrens or Small Adult

Beautiful leather belt made of English bridle leather. Light brown with gold buckle. Layered look, would be perfect for show. Stamped 24”, I purchased believing it would fit me (I wear size 22 breeches) but it’s too tight. Would be best for a tiny waisted person or a child.
