NWOT Colonial Outlander Pioneer Green and Gold Calico Cotton Dress-Gown M/L. Costume, 18th Century Repro. Shipped with USPS.
Made by me here in suburban Chicago of all new materials From Simplicity 3723 in a pattern size 16. A one piece dress, center back zip featuring a fully lined bodice and 3/4 sleeves ending in a ruffle.
Soft 100% cotton Calico style print with self lining. Machine washable, gentle cycle please-cold water, hang to dry, medium iron. Bear in mind this is a garment with over 5 yards of fabric in a time when laundry consists of jeans and t shirts! Hand washing is better (bathtubs are great for this!) and drip dry as well. Dry cleaning is great too.

Skirt length: 37.5” Skirt Width: 79”
Nice historical details- square neckline, elbow darts and double pleating at the top of the skirt for additional fullness. Wear with or without a fichu/ scarf to change the look. Add lace, ribbon, feathers...whatever strikes your fancy.
I’ve showed it over a bum roll on my dress form to give you an idea of fullness. If you’re interested check my other items.
