Description

This small antique estate painting is in wonderful condition–no dirt or water stains (reflections may distort the photos).  I believe it is painted on silk. It was difficult to capture adequately the charming details and the gilded accents  because it is framed under glass. The frame itself is wood and is in excellent condition.  The original framer's sticker on the back indicates it came from a New York City home.  Measures 6.75" in diameter. Really very charming and affecting, I think.
