COMPRESSOR TRIPS REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER

This Cyrostat seems to be working fine, but when the compressor starts it trips the rear circuit breaker on the machine. So we are unable to test cooling.
Functions tested.
Window Lock functions and locks the window in the closed position.
Window heater works.
Lamp control functions by turning the light on and off.
Clock on the Time Controls functioned properly.
Defrost and Fumigate buttons on the Time Controls did not function.
Motorized movement.
We use FedEx and USPS as our primary carriers.
International and Freight shipping are available.
