Vintage framed & matted GB Whittaker La Belle Assemblie 1827 Women's clothing Ad

Up for sale today is this great old advertisement from a french magazine. The print is labeled 1827, I am not sure if it is original or if it is a re-print. Then piece is nicely framed, but there are some dirt and yellowing spots on the bottom of the piece, as shown in picture 3. The print still has a striking look, and will make a wonderful addition to your home!
