Vintage Powder Flask, Leather, Brass Pouring-spout, some wear

Description

Brass pouring spout works well, leather pouch has seen better days but is certainly able to be resewn so can be used again. I do not know age of this item. Sides of leather pouch has some worn embossed scene on it of a hanging dead rabbit. Pouring spout does have 1 1/4 & 1 1/2 measure marks and on side of spout there are some stamped words that appear to be (the brand?) Fl_______Cap Co.
One side of the pouch has large opening where threaded seam has come apart but leather is intact and I believe could be resewn.
